With Pennywise you know he’s a scary mother fucker, so you know what to expect (kinda, since he kinda just shows up outta nowhere most of the time). With Ronald McDonald, he’s just too damn friendly and happy, and that right there is the creepiest thing. It’s almost like that smile is saying “Here kid, eat this delicious fatty kids meal, while you are distracted, I’m going to go prepare the hole in my crawlspace so I can kill and bury you after I fondle you with my big creepy clown hands.” If the food doesn’t kill you, he will.
